Enterprise Business Development Representative

You open conversations with B2B sales leaders. You work our own noombat list every morning.

The role

What you will do.

  • Work the morning list daily: the company, the reason, the person and the opening line.
  • Book and join meetings with revenue leaders. Bring what you hear to the product that week.
  • Own the playbook: sequences, angles and the questions that open a call.
  • Tell us in writing what the list got wrong. That is how it gets better.

Requirements

What you bring.

  • Three or more years of outbound B2B sales, with numbers to show.
  • Written English that sounds like a person. Fewer, better messages.
  • Curious how large companies buy, and at ease asking a CFO about last week's tender.

What you get

The terms.

Everyone offers a laptop and paid leave. These six are the terms that decide whether you are still here in year three.

Remote, with an office

Work from where you work best. There is an office for the days when a whiteboard beats a call. The beanbags in the photos are real.

Flexible hours

The fixed meetings are on the calendar. Every other hour is yours to place. The list goes out at 9:00 whether or not anyone is at a desk.

No busywork

Clear goals and the budget to reach them. A task that exists so that someone sees it done is the one task we cut.

Paid books and courses

If it relates to your work, even loosely, we pay for it. The word loosely is doing a lot of work in that sentence, on purpose.

Untracked time off

We do not count days off. We plan the work so everyone can take them, and we notice when someone has not.

Family first

When your child needs you, you go. Nobody asks. The list will still be there at 9:00 tomorrow.
