Careers: build the list revenue teams read each morning.

The team behind noombat spent years building B2B sales pipeline. Today it tells B2B sales teams which companies to contact, and why.

How we work

What we hold to.

Four habits, each with the practice behind it. Ask about any of them in the interview and we will show you where it lives.

The numbers decide.

We are passionate about numbers, and they make our decisions for us. Which source stays, which idea ships, which company a customer calls this morning: each one is a number we can show, checked again next week against the meetings it produced. Opinions are welcome. They come with a query attached.

Every decision is written down.

Every decision is written down with its reasoning, where everyone can read it. You do not need to be in the right room, or the right time zone, to have a say. On day one you read your way into every choice we have made. On day two you add yours the same way.

We sell from our own list.

Our sales day starts from the same 9:00 list our customers get. When a lead is wrong, the first complaint comes from the next desk, and the fix ships the same week. Nothing reaches a customer that we would not work ourselves that morning.

Whole problems, senior people.

The person who hears a customer's problem on Tuesday ships the fix on Thursday and writes the note that explains it. There is no layer to hand it to, so nobody waits for one.

Who we look for

Who does well here.

Three traits the whole team shares. Each one also says who it will not suit, so you can decide before we do.

People who do.

When something needs doing, the people here pick it up, own it and see it through, without waiting to be asked or for permission. A problem you notice is yours from that moment, and so is the result. If you prefer to be handed a task with the edges already drawn, you will keep waiting for a hand that does not come.

People who write.

Writing something down is how you find out whether you understand it. The people who do well here write until the most complex thing we do reads plainly to someone between two calls. If you would rather talk it through, we will listen, and then ask for the doc.

People with low egos.

Feedback here is direct and arrives the same day, from a customer, a colleague or the numbers. The people who do well take it, change something by the end of the week and say thank you. If being right matters more to you than getting it right, the weeks will feel long.

What you get

The terms.

Everyone offers a laptop and paid leave. These six are the terms that decide whether you are still here in year three.

Remote, with an office

Work from where you work best. There is an office for the days when a whiteboard beats a call. The beanbags in the photos are real.

Flexible hours

The fixed meetings are on the calendar. Every other hour is yours to place. The list goes out at 9:00 whether or not anyone is at a desk.

No busywork

Clear goals and the budget to reach them. A task that exists so that someone sees it done is the one task we cut.

Paid books and courses

If it relates to your work, even loosely, we pay for it. The word loosely is doing a lot of work in that sentence, on purpose.

Untracked time off

We do not count days off. We plan the work so everyone can take them, and we notice when someone has not.

Family first

When your child needs you, you go. Nobody asks. The list will still be there at 9:00 tomorrow.

How hiring works

Four steps, no puzzles.

No whiteboard riddles and no take-home task nobody will use. We look at work you have already done, then at work we do together.

01

Write to us

Send what you have built or sold to hello@noombat.ai. A link to the thing beats a CV about it.

02

A reply within a week

A yes or a no, with the reason, so you know where you stand within seven days.

03

A working session

You meet the people you would work with and we work a real customer problem through together, on the real data.

04

An offer in writing

The role, the number and the start date on one page. Nothing in it that was not said out loud first.

Open roles

3 open roles.

Every role is senior and works with customers. Send what you have built or sold. We reply within a week.

Enterprise Solution Architect

RemoteFull-time

You set up noombat for enterprise customers. You own the first 90 days of every account.

What you will do, and what you bring

What you will do

  • Map each customer's market: its countries, sectors, public records and LinkedIn signals.
  • Turn the customer's ideal customer profile into rules, and refine it at every review.
  • Connect HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive, the website tag, LinkedIn campaigns, and Slack or Teams.
  • Run the pilot and the day-90 review. Bring what you learn into the product.

What you bring

  • Five or more years in solutions, pre-sales or implementation at a B2B data or sales-tech company.
  • Comfortable with SQL and APIs. You read a schema before you ask.
  • Fluent English. German, French or Dutch helps.

Senior Go-to-market Engineer

RemoteFull-time

You build the signal pipelines, the scoring and the morning list. TypeScript and Postgres, shipped weekly.

What you will do, and what you bring

What you will do

  • Build data pipelines per country: company registers, public tenders, hiring, funding and press.
  • Own the scoring: which companies make the list, and why. Refit it weekly on booked meetings.
  • Keep every pipeline cheap per record and monitored, with its cost next to its result.
  • Ship weekly, with the change doc in the same commit.

What you bring

  • Five or more years of TypeScript on Node.js and SQL in production.
  • You have run pipelines others depended on, and you know what they cost.
  • You write clearly. Half the job is explaining what a number means.

Enterprise Business Development Representative

RemoteFull-time

You open conversations with B2B sales leaders. You work our own noombat list every morning.

What you will do, and what you bring

What you will do

  • Work the morning list daily: the company, the reason, the person and the opening line.
  • Book and join meetings with revenue leaders. Bring what you hear to the product that week.
  • Own the playbook: sequences, angles and the questions that open a call.
  • Tell us in writing what the list got wrong. That is how it gets better.

What you bring

  • Three or more years of outbound B2B sales, with numbers to show.
  • Written English that sounds like a person. Fewer, better messages.
  • Curious how large companies buy, and at ease asking a CFO about last week's tender.
