Use noombat in Claude
Connect Claude to your noombat board as a custom connector and ask which accounts to work this week and why. The connection reads one board, sends nothing and writes nothing. A workspace member sets it up in about 5 minutes, on claude.ai, the desktop and phone apps, and Claude Code.

Who
A member of a workspace where AI apps are switched on
Cost on your side
Nothing from noombat. Claude limits how many custom connectors some accounts can add
Before you start
What to have ready.
- A noombat account in a workspace where AI apps are switched on. Access is switched on per workspace: ask your noombat admin, or write to
hello@.noombat. ai - Anyone signed in to noombat can connect the sample board: 30 made-up companies of a made-up seller, Ordenvale. Every question below works on it.
- One connection reads one board, the one you pick when you sign in. To read another board, revoke the connection and connect Claude again.
- On a Claude Team or Enterprise account, an owner adds noombat first under Organization settings > Connectors (Add, then Custom, then Web). Each person then chooses Connect.
What it can read
What Claude can read from your board.
Only what a question asks for, from the one board you picked. It cannot send, post or write anything.

https:// noombat. ai/ api/ mcpclaude mcp add -- transport http noombat https:// noombat. ai/ api/ mcpWhat to ask
6 questions to start with.
Each one also works on the sample board of made-up companies, so you can try them before your own board is connected.
- Which accounts should I call first this week, and why?
- Brief me on Halvermoor Logistics before my call.
- Who can introduce me to Halvermoor Logistics?
- What changed on my board this month?
- How do we compare with Plavendor at Halvermoor Logistics?
- Who signs the contract at Albrevia Packaging, and who on my team knows them?
Troubleshooting
What you might see, and the fix.
Every row is a failure we have met or verified. If yours is missing, send it over.
Security and data
The questions a security review asks.
Is this read-only?
Yes. Every noombat tool reads, and each one is marked read only, so Claude treats none of them as a change. The connection cannot send a message, write to your CRM or change your board.
What does Claude receive?
Only what a question asks for, from the one board you picked: companies, the people there with their names, business titles and public profile links, dated signals and competitors. Every field is listed in the privacy policy, under Connected AI apps and the API (noombat.ai/privacy#ai-apps).
Does Anthropic keep it?
What Claude keeps follows Anthropic's terms and your Claude settings, which noombat does not control. Your chats with Claude, including what noombat returned in them, are handled like the rest of your Claude conversations.
What does noombat keep?
One line per call: who, which app, which tool, when, how many rows and whether it worked. We keep it for 13 months. We never keep the question or the answer.
How do we disconnect?
In noombat, open Settings, then API & AI apps, and choose **Revoke** beside Claude under Connected apps. It stops at once. You can also remove noombat from Claude.
Who can connect?
Members of a workspace where AI apps are switched on, for the boards they can see in noombat. An admin of the organization can turn AI apps off for everyone. Anyone signed in can connect the sample board of made-up companies.
Does it work in Claude Code?
Yes. Run `claude mcp add --transport http noombat https://noombat.ai/api/mcp`, then `/mcp` to sign in in the browser. To skip the browser, a personal key works as a header: see noombat.ai/docs/api#mcp.
Want AI apps switched on for your workspace?
Write to hello@noombat.ai or book 30 minutes. Until then, the sample board shows what an AI app can read.
